An extended warranty on specific components like the compressor (typically 5 to 10 years).

3. Our Role as an Authorized Service Provider
Our role is to be your primary point of contact and to facilitate the warranty claim process efficiently. This includes:
Diagnosis: Our certified technicians will visit your site to inspect and accurately diagnose the issue with your air conditioner.
Claim Facilitation: We handle the entire warranty claim process with Blue Star on your behalf, providing them with the necessary technical reports for approval.
Authorized Repairs: Once the claim is approved by Blue Star, we perform all necessary repairs or part replacements using genuine Blue Star spare parts and following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim

5. General Exclusions under Warranty
Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty typically does not cover:
