2. General Policy
As a service-based business, our primary approach to resolving service issues is to rectify them. Therefore, refunds are not issued under normal circumstances. A refund is a remedy of last resort, considered only in cases of a verified service failure that cannot be resolved.
3. Eligibility for a Refund Review
A refund request will be considered only if the following conditions are met:
There is a demonstrable and verifiable deficiency in the service provided by us.
The issue is reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of the service completion.
The deficiency is directly attributable to the work performed by our personnel and not due to pre-existing conditions, misinformation provided by the client, or external factors beyond our control.
An attempt by us to rectify the service deficiency has either been made and failed, or is not feasible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
The client has had a “change of mind” after the service has been completed.
Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences not communicated or agreed upon in the initial scope of work.
The issue arises from the client’s failure to follow post-service care instructions provided by our team.
5. How to Request a Review for a Refund

Provide Details: Please provide your name, invoice number, service date, and a detailed explanation of the issue, including photographic evidence if applicable.
Verification: Our team will review your claim, which may involve a follow-up call or a site visit to assess the situation. This process can take up to 7 working days.
Resolution: If the service deficiency is validated, we will first offer to re-perform the service at no extra cost. If re-performance is not possible or does not resolve the issue, a partial or full refund will be considered.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original method of payment or via an alternative method as agreed upon.
