2. Our AMC Packages
We offer two distinct packages designed to suit your needs.
A. Comprehensive AMC
Our all-inclusive package for complete peace of mind.
Preventive Services: Includes 3 scheduled preventive maintenance services per year.
Breakdown & Repairs: Includes unlimited breakdown service calls.
Spare Parts: Covers the cost of all functional spare parts required for repair, including PCB circuits, motors, and sensors.
Refrigerant Gas: Covers the cost of refrigerant gas charging, if required due to a system leak.
Labor: All labor charges for repairs and services are included.
Exclusions: Does not cover the replacement of the entire unit, coils, plastic parts, or damage caused by external factors.
B. Basic (Non-Comprehensive) AMC
Our essential package for regular upkeep and service assurance.
Preventive Services: Includes 3 scheduled preventive maintenance services per year.
Breakdown & Repairs: Includes unlimited breakdown service calls.
Labor: All labor charges for repairs and services are included.
Chargeable Extras: The cost of any spare parts and refrigerant gas charging will be billed separately at standard rates.
3. Scope of Preventive Maintenance Service
Each scheduled service visit under our AMC includes a thorough check-up:
Cleaning of the indoor unit filter, evaporator coil, and blower wheel.
Cleaning of the outdoor unit condenser coil and fan blade.
Flushing and cleaning of the drain line to prevent water leakage.
Checking the refrigerant pressure to ensure optimal cooling performance.
Inspection of all electrical components, wiring, and connections for safety.
Testing the unit’s overall performance and providing a service report.
4. General Terms and Conditions
The AMC contract is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
All payments for AMC must be made in advance.
Services will be rendered during our normal working hours (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM).
The contract does not cover damage caused by fire, floods, accidents, improper use, or sabotage.
